Alexandra & Brian

Wedding Party

We said yes to each other, but a wedding party isn't a party without these people

Olivia Nuccitelli

Maid of Honor

My sister enjoys all things corgi related and can give Brian a real run for his money when it comes to drinking. Olivia is my built in best friend and while she has spent the last semester of her senior year of college in Dublin Ireland I know she's never more than a phone call away. She is the pride of the Nuccitelli family for jumping through a folding banquet table at a Buffalo Bills game last season.

Mo Elliott

Bridesmaid

Mo is my go to girl when I want to have an impromptu movie night or just want to sit and talk about life at Java's coffee shop. Mo became my proxy Maid of Honor when my sister was in Ireland and she is responsible for dealing with my mother during the bridal shower planning process, God bless her. She's always there with a shoulder to lean on and in 50 years we'll be those chic older women by the pool judging everyone.

Kiera McGrath

Bridesmaid

Kiera is my oldest friend. We've seen each other through the up and downs of life; being a middle schooler, break ups and questionable self inflicted bangs. She is a truly talented jeweler and actually helped Brian design my engagement ring. Hopefully soon she will stop trying to convince me to move to the west side.

Rachel Marion

Bridesmaid

We've been friends for almost ten years, and we both will admit to not liking each other at first. She seemed and still is way too cool to be my friend but now she's my sounding board for all my fiscally irresponsible designer handbag purchases. When I was in beauty school I accidentally turned Rachel's hair orange and she pretended to actually like it, that there is true friendship.

Shannon Barg

Bridesmaid

Shannon and I met at the Aquinas softball summer camp. I fell off a wooden fence and almost snapped my neck, we've been friends ever since. We have endless inside jokes that no one else thinks are funny. Also on the day of the wedding don't be surprised to find us making Spongebob references, feel free to join in!

Sarah Gensler

Bridesmaid

Sarah and I spent almost every weekend in high school together. Going to football games, decorating tee shirts and getting glitter all over the Gensler's driveway. Sarah is the strongest person I know and also is the original reason (before Brian) that I owe St. John Fisher about $300 in parking tickets.

Katie Homa

Bridesmaid

Katie and I became fast friends. The first thing she said to me when Brian and I went to visit Chris and Katie in North Carolina was "I found an Antique Christmas market to visit before we go shopping". Sometimes I find myself starting to complain about Brian and she finishes my thought with the same complaint about Chris. Sorry Mrs. Whelan! We really do love your sons.

Katie Carr

Bridesmaid

Katie is the life of every party. She's the hypeman you need for any and all occasions. Even though she moved away to Buffalo (rude) she is still one of my favorite people. Katie and I shared a hotel room on a school trip and she made fun of me because I took all my clothes out of my suit case and put them away in the hotel room closet.

Christopher Whelan

Best Man

Brother of the groom: "Known the groom since birth... a terrific guy!"

Stephen Petrelli

Groomsman

"I first met Brian in the 3rd grade during youth lacrosse. Our moms played bunco with other moms in the neighborhood which made Brian and I realize we lived so close to each other and have been friends ever since."

Ian Spaulding

Groomsman

"Brian and I first met through the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s basketball program and we hit it off from there! We shared the privilege of attending the same college at St. John Fisher and enjoyed great times in Rochester. Whether spending time playing video games or having good times on the bench, I’ve always appreciated calling Brian a dear friend. I can’t wait to see the life that he and Alex build together!"

Josh Hubert

Groomsman

"I met Brian though Steve in 7th grade and we all quickly became good friends. Playing basketball at his house will always be some of my favorite memories growing up together. I am very excited to see what lies ahead for him and Alex and the memories that will come along with it."

Chris Bednarz

Groomsman

"Brian and I met in junior high school, I was a newcomer to a group of friends that had known each other since elementary school, but thankfully they all accepted me immediately. I can remember going to hang out at Brian’s house after school, whether it be playing video games, playing basketball for 3+ hours at a time, or just hanging out to 2 am talking about anything and everything. Brian, the groomsmen, and many others in attendance have grown to be part of my family and will be with me regardless of where we all end up. I look forward to adding Alex into this family, and I look forward too many more memories in the future. Congrats to Alex and Brian!!!"

Mike Bernett

Groomsman

"I have known Brian for almost 13 years now! Whether it was sitting next to him on the bus to lacrosse games or watching him be our antagonizer in basketball, it was awesome to be such a good friend with him all these years. I'm so happy for him and Alex and can't wait for the wedding!"

Christian Nizamis

Groomsman

" I have known Brian since we were in middle school. Whether it was outside playing basketball in his driveway or playing a round of golf together. Brian is the most down to earth person I have ever met and was someone I looked up to when we were kids. Back in the day, Brian always had my back and we have grown to become brothers. I am so incredibly happy to be apart of his special day. Congrats to Alex and Brian!!!"

Matt Brennan

Groomsman

"I have know Brian since middle school. We became closer as we got older, playing basketball and lacrosse together, as well as hanging out outside of school. I am excited to welcome Alex into our family and create more memories!"
