Travel Logistics

You can fly into either SFO or SAC, but please note that either will require travel by car from the airport. The venue is located about 45 miles from Sonoma and Napa. We are compiling a list of possible rental properties - feel free to reach out for more information! You may also choose to find a hotel in nearby Calistoga or in Middletown.

Travel Note

Shuttle to Venue from Hotel

We will be providing a shuttle to and from Twin Pine Casino & Hotel. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, plan on parking at the hotel and hopping on the shuttle! Parking at the venue is limited. Shuttle #1 will depart the Twin Pines at 3:30 PM and drop off at the venue at 3:45 PM ahead of the pre-wedding cocktail hour. Shuttle #2 will depart the Twin Pines at 4:00 PM and drop off at the venue at 4:15 PM during the pre-wedding cocktail hour.

Hotel

Twin Pine Casino & Hotel

We do not have a hotel block here, but this is a nearby hotel (~10 min to the venue). In order to ensure getting the room you want, please book a reservation as early as possible.
