I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We have multiple members of our special day who require gluten-free options. Please let us know if you have additional dietary requirements when you RSVP.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation in Estes Park is very limited. Please do not rely on Uber/Lyft or any other rideshare services.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking. The Ceremony and Reception are in the same area with walking between.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Please let us know if you would like your children to attend. We have to watch our capacity and will need to know in advance. We are happy to further discuss with anyone! :)

Are there stairs to navigate?

Answer

Cheley is a working summer camp for kids. There are uneven surfaces, stairs, and the bathrooms will be outside of the reception hall. Please let us know if you have mobility needs that we can discuss with our venue coordinator to accommodate what they are able to!

The venue is non-smoking. No smoking, tobacco/marijuana products of any kind, or vaping will be tolerated at the venue. We ask that you please refrain from this while on the property at Cheley.
