What should I wear?

Answer

Short answer: Casual For the picnic: We'll be dressed casually, wear something you're comfortable in. For the wedding: For men we'd prefer no t-shirts, but jeans and a shirt with a collar is just fine. For women, casual sun dresses or whatever you feel comfortable in. All in all, we don't really care what you wear. Cody will be in a suit, Meghan a dress and comfortable shoes (Chacos). We care more about your comfort than conformity, as long as you can bust some sweet dance moves in it. It'd be pretty weird to rock a speed-o, but hey- power to ya.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're limited by the size of our venue, so right now we don't have room for plus ones. We did our best to invite any significant others that live together (at the time we sent invites). If you're hoping your person can come, shoot us a message and we'll see if we can accommodate them.

What's the weather like in June?

Answer

Summers in Colorado can be quite warm (average high of 81 in June). However, our venue is at 8,000 ft and the air is very dry, so nights tend to cool down a lot. A light layer can be nice to have on a summer night.

I want to camp!

Answer

Ok, that's not a question, that's a statement. We booked enough of the adjacent campground to accommodate just about everyone. The spaces will be free, but you'll need your own camping gear (i.e. tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, warm clothes). If you're interested in camping but don't have gear- let us know and we'll try to source some for you.

What's your last name?

Answer

No, we don't plan on taking each other's last names. But many have suggested hyphenating, combining (Henderickson?), or just picking a third party name. Got an ideal solution for this absurd dilemma? Please share it as loudly and as frequently as you can.
