We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal or western formal attire. Boots or thick heels are encouraged due to the outdoor ceremony site and loose rock in the reception barn. Gentlemen: Jeans with a button-up shirt/blazer or a suit are both perfect options. Ladies: Semi-formal dresses of any length are welcome.
Uber and Lyft have limited service in our area. There will have wifi but to ensure reliable transportation, we suggest pre-booking your rides prior to attending your event. Our venue is located approximately 30 minutes from Fort Collins and is accessed via a winding road. For guests who may feel uncomfortable driving in the dark under these conditions, we kindly encourage arranging a carpool with others who are comfortable making the drive.
Please contact Susan at 303-506-0822, and she will provide payment details ($25 a person). Tents may be set up after dinner during the dancing or once the reception has concluded. All tents must be taken down and the area cleared by noon the following day.
You are welcome to leave your vehicle on the property and retrieve it the following morning. For everyone’s safety, driving under the influence is not permitted. Please plan ahead for safe and reliable transportation.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, so we recommend bringing sunglasses and sunblock to stay comfortable in the sun. If you have allergies to grass, hay, dust, pollens, livestock, etc. you may want to bring or take your allergy medication. The reception will take place indoors. As temperatures may drop in the evening, we recommend bringing a jacket or light sweater to stay cozy later.
