If I am unable to attend in person, is there still a way to watch the ceremony?

Answer

What is your plan to address COVID-19?

Answer

- First and foremost, please do not risk it if you are feeling unwell the day of the wedding. - The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests, which is much higher than the size of our wedding. Therefore, we will have plenty of space to socially distance. - Temperature checks are required before entering the premises. - Masks will be provided and we strongly encourage that they be worn when not eating, drinking, or outside (socially distancing). - Vendors will be wearing masks. - Hand sanitizer will be provided in multiple locations. Also, guests will receive their own mini hand sanitizers. - There will be less guests per table than originally planned. In addition, seats will be assigned based on those who already interact when possible. If you have any further questions, please reach out to Gillian or Kit :)

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. * We respect and understand the impact COVID-19 plays on your decision to attend our wedding. Please, first and foremost, consider your own health and safety above any feelings of obligation to attend.

What is the dress code?

The event will be Cocktail Attire. Gentlemen: Let's see those suits and ties. We're not looking for penguins, but leave your sneakers at home please. Extra points for cufflinks! :) Ladies: Get dolled up in your snazziest dresses, pants suits, or jumpsuits. Make sure they are not white though :p

Answer

No, the wedding and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors, but the area is covered.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is lots of free parking at the venue!

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our wedding and reception.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be requiring special dietary options so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs :)

The weather should be beautiful around this time of year in Houston (average temperatures are around 60-80 degrees).

Ceremony: We invite you to be truly present at this special time. Please, turn off your cell phones and put down your cameras. The photographer and videographer will capture how this moment looks — We encourage you all to capture how it feels with your hearts, without the distraction of technology. Cocktail Hour/Reception: Crack out those phones and cameras! We mainly ask that you be mindful of our professionals. Our wedding hashtag will be #whamwedding2020
