Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the grove at Springton Manor Farm. As the area is a lawn with grass, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear. The reception will take place on a tented patio.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotels in Downtown West Chester to Springton Manor Farm for the cocktail hour and reception. At the conclusion of the evening, shuttles will return guests to West Chester. Please note that transportation will not be provided to the morning wedding ceremony at Villanova University, so we kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements.

Is there parking at Villanova University?

Answer

Parking for the St. Thomas of Villanova Church is available across Lancaster Avenue. We recommend parking in Lots L-2 & L-3 and then walking across Adams Bridge, which leads directly to the front of the church. To access these parking areas, turn onto St. Thomas Way from Lancaster Avenue. Guests may also park in Lot S-2, which includes parallel parking spaces near the church. Lot S-2 can be accessed from two entrances on Spring Mill Road. A map of the campus and parking lots will be provided for guests in advance. We encourage guests to allow extra time for parking and walking to the church prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking at Springton Manor Farm?

Answer

Springton Manor Farm provides ample parking. For those in need of assistance, a golf cart will be available to transport guests from the parking lot to the cocktail hour and reception area.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to the nature of our reception, we have decided to host an adults-only evening. However, children are warmly welcome to attend our morning ceremony. Should you need assistance with childcare for the reception, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we will be happy to help make arrangements.
