Arrival

We will be arriving at the campground on Tuesday and settling in.

Prep Day

8:00 am

As people arrive for camping we will be going through and organizing decorations. We will also need to do some maintenance where the ceremony and reception will be. No time line just enjoying the day!

Costco Day

8:00 am

Karen and Katie will be heading into Warrenton/Astoria to pick up some fresh food and supplies from Costco. The Costco is 55 minutes away from the campground and we would be more than happy to have anyone else come along if they would like. We will also be preparing food for the wedding for the rest of the day. We will be doing a practice run of the big day!

The BIG day

7:00 am

We will be starting early and will need many helpers to get this show on the road!! I have all my wedding decor well organized I will need volunteers to help decorate and make this special for us. We have reserved a covered picnic shelter in the park to have the reception. We will need help moving/setting up tables for food, and setting up some pop up canopies. Along with carrying over coolers and food for the reception. We will also need help setting up the decor for the ceremony which will be on the beach.
