We absolutely love Makoto. Chef Makoto Okuwa has opened a few of his restaurants throughout the world, Makoto Vail being the first in Colorado. A few of our favorite dishes included the Tuna Crispy Rice, Wagyu Dumpling, and Braised Beef Yaki Noodles. Their fish selection is also fantastic if you enjoy raw Sushi! The Little Diner is one of the best breakfast spots we have ever been to. With a old-time diner feel and incredible food, it can't be beat. Their pancakes are a must! The Little Diner is located in Lionshead Village.
With multiple locations throughout Vail, Yeti's Grind is a great go-to coffee shop. It is a local favorite, and a good way to start your morning. We recommend an iced cup of their Italian Stallion!
Chasing Rabbits is full of surprises! This restaurant/bar includes different rooms with different settings in each. We love their Moon Room, which is their elevated Speak Easy. The drinks and the experience are equally spectacular. There is also space to enjoy dinner, and even to play arcade games. Chasing Rabbits is located in Vail Village.
