Three days before I was moving back to El Paso, a great friend Vikki Mund decided to play matchmaker with Beau and I. We decided to go on a date August 13, 2023. I remember looking at him in that chaotic restaurant and thinking "This man is everything I prayed for", we talked until the restaurant closed and kicked us out. Two days later, he visited me one last time a few hours before I made my drive home. We didn't know if this was going to go anywhere as now there were 800 miles between us. On September 24, 2023 I made the spontaneous decision of making my way back to Wharton to visit! During that trip we found ourselves dancing in the rooftop of an Airbnb in Waco to Neon Moon, I vividly remember feeling of falling for Beau. October 14, he asked me to be his girlfriend under a GIANT pistachio in New Mexico. October 25, 2023 only TWO months after knowing each other I packed up my entire life to chase the man of my dreams. It has been such a journey in a short period of time, but I would absolutely do it over and over for this man. We are so grateful to celebrate our Love with our closest friends!
