Best Friend of the Groom x 18 years Favorite Memory: "I find myself standing in an open field on a ranch in Mammoth. I am face to face with a large breeding bull. The bull’s fur is black like the night; his eyes are soulless like the void. His horns are sharp like knives; and he spews hot breath as if fire dwells within his belly. All the worse, his demeanor says he thinks me a threat to his concubines grazing the fields nearby. But even in this deafeningly silent moment, I am not afraid. For I know my salvation stands valiantly some two football fields away. At the ready, there stands Noah…a devilishly handsome outdoorsman wielding with him a high powered rifle; loaded with armor piercing rounds. The gleam of his optic tells me he is poised to fire upon the mighty beast at any moment. He is my guardian angel manifest. And so, I begin to quickly plea with the bull: “Be on your way noble steer, for my brother stands ready to vanquish thee swiftly. But I fear if he should strike you down, we shall not be able to afford the restitution needed to appease the rancher of his wrath for having slain such a majestic creature as you. So then, proud bull, perhaps we may instead part ways and leave with both life and coin on this day.” The bull, now aware of the gravity of his situation, promptly yields. As the beast leaves with his honor intact, I trek back to Noah. As we reunite, Noah utters but a single sentence to me: “That bull was never gonna touch you Justin; not on my watch.”

College Roommate & Best Friend of the Bride x 7 years Favorite Memory: "There are so many to choose from but one of my favorites took place in college. A group of us went in this underground tunnel/storm drain and all 7 of us somehow ended up in 1 car on the way back. Kaitlyn and one of our other friends were in the trunk and I was blasting Hannah Montana. We could hear them singing so we turned off the radio and all you could hear was Kaitlyn singing at the top of her lungs to Hannah Montana. This was a normal day for us."

Close friend of the Groom x 13 years Favorite memory: "My favorite funny memory was when we were in high school and a bunch of friends all went out to celebrate Noah's 17th birthday by going out to see an R-rated movie. The problem was that the rest of us were 16 years old. We made a plan to get into the theater that involved buying tickets to other movies, and having Noah buy all of our tickets. Unfortunately, the plan immediately failed... One of our friends didn't bring enough money and decided to ask Noah if he could borrow cash in front of the employees. This made the employees suspicious when he asked to buy 5 tickets to the R-rated movie, so they refused to sell him the tickets. 2 of our other friends tried just walking into the theater without buying anything, and were caught, and I had bought a ticket online for the movie, but I didn't know that I still needed to show my ID to get the ticket, so I was refused the ticket. While we were twiddling our thumbs for an hour trying to figure out what to do, my mom happened to be nearby and showed up to help us out. After pointing out how stupidly complicated our plan was, she bought us all our tickets and walked us in, then proceeded to leave. After all of this, we ended up having a great time hanging out."

We went to the monkey tree and climbed around! Then we got to chuck axes, which was pretty cool.
