Is there parking & transportation on site?

Answer

Limited parking is available on the Newport Marina Pier where Battello is located. Additional parking may be found across the street from the venue at the Newport South Parking Garage.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Guests attending the ceremony are asked to please arrive by 5:00PM. The ceremony will begin at 5:30PM. Guests only attending the reception are asked to please arrive at 6:00pm to begin the celebrations with cocktail hour.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception will all take place indoors with open air windows to the outside pier at Battello.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. We encourage ladies to wear anything from floor-length or midi dresses to tea-length and bright, fun colors. We ask that gentlemen wear a suit and tie. A tux is not required.

Were we supposed to select our dinner option?

Answer

No! We intentionally left these off the invites, as Battello's is a full-service restaurant and your meal is made-to-order. Additionally, there's a Silent Option available for those who prefer alternatives to meat or fish.

I have a food allergy, how should I communicate this?

Answer

Battello is a full-service restaurant -- during dinner service, the wait staff will ask guests at each table before placing orders and can accommodate allergies & dietary restrictions with options beyond the main menu.
