In a whirlwind of fate, laughter and love, Tom-Luckie and Wesue’s love story began at the Liberia Institute of Public Administration, Liberia, West Africa in 2012. Fate played Cupid and sparks flew faster than “love at first sight” and the couple sealed their bond in marriage on December 15, 2013.
