Will I have cell service?
Answer
Do not completely depend on your GPS or Map Quest when driving to get here- These often get people lost or late and/or send you the longer way to the ThopreWood Lodge. Please follow the linked directions below! The lodge has no cell phone service but has a landline phone and wifi available. When should I RSVP by?
Answer
No later than June 20, 2025, but feel free to do them as soon as you can!

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our bridal party and immediate family will be wearing shades of blue, please refrain from those colors as best as possible. Overall the wedding will be dressy casual or semi-formal. For the men: feel free to wear anything- khakis and a button up or dress pants and a jacket. For the women: feel free to wear anything- knee length dress, long flowy dress, mid length dress, romper, or blouse and pants.

Where do I park?
Answer
There is parking onsite and there will be parking staff to assist with directing guest to and from the ceremony site and to the lodge for the reception.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What time should I get there and where do I go?
Answer
Hanna and Andrew will be getting married at the Pine Cathedral on the ThopreWood property. If you arrive early, you are welcome to walk the property but will not have access to the lodge/reception area or the Pine Cathedral. Please do not arrive more than 1 hour early to the venue due to parking attendants not being available. However, please plan to arrive around 20 minuets before the ceremony to get parked and get to the ceremony site.

What is for dinner?
Answer
We are doing a BBQ buffet style meal. Appetizers will include pigs in a blanket and a cheese/fruit board. Main course will feature pulled beef brisket and shredded chicken, served with 2 kinds of BBQ sauces, coleslaw, and cornbread. The side dish options are baked mac and cheese, garden salad, and baked beans. There will be a vegetarian option, make sure to mark this when completing your RSVP. Also, kids 12 and under can have the option of chicken fingers, please mark this if your child would like this when completing your RSVP.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoor at The Pine Cathedral. The reception will be indoor/outdoor at The Lodge. For the women, it is advised not to wear stiletto styled heels due to them sinking in the ground.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be serving beer, wine, and 2 signature drinks: Orange Crush and Captain Morgan.

How long should I stay?
Answer
Feel more than welcome to head home at whatever time you please. However, we are planning to take a picture with everyone at 7:30. Everyone will have to leave the venue by 9:30.
