Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be taking place within the same venue?

Answer

Yes! After our ceremony, guests will be directed to cocktail hour with reception following after.

Will parking be available to guests?

Yes! Parking as well as Valet service will be provided.

What is the appropriate dress code?

Answer

Please join us for this special black tie affair as we celebrate our love! We would love to see the ladies in evening gowns and gentlemen in darker hues/black suits or tuxedos!

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Although guests will have access to the beautiful grounds of the country club throughout the evening, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

How can I RSVP?

Answer

A QR code has been provided in our wedding invitation! Using your phone camera, guests may scan the code and will be directed to the RSVP link. Guests can also access the RSVP directly on our website by clicking the RSVP tab.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For your comfort and convenience, we have made the following hotel arrangements at The Courtyard by Marriott Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park, a 4 minute commute to Eagle Oaks Country Club! A limited number of rooms been reserved at a special rate for this occasion.These rates are available until October 15th by mentioning the West/Ortiz Wedding. Please see the “Travel” tab on our website for a direct link to make a reservation!

Eagle Oaks is located at 20 Shore Oaks Drive in Farmingdale,New Jersey. Please take into account holiday and weekend travel as you plan your commute!

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! The party will continue! Please join us for an after party located at the Courtyard by Marriott Wall at Monmouth Shores Corporate Park from 11:30pm-1:30am!
