Weston and Emilie first met while both attended their alma mater, Millikin University in Illinois. In the apartments on campus, Weston lived directly above Emilie for an entire semester before the two crossed paths. One afternoon, Weston and his roommates were returning to their apartment after grabbing lunch and saw Emilie and her roommates outside their building playing cornhole, or as Emilie used to say, bags, until she moved down South... The two were partners and CRUSHED their opponents (sorry Elian and Chloe) and continued to get to know each other the remainder of the afternoon. The next day, Weston asked Emilie on their first official date, shooting soccer balls on Millikin's soccer field in the rain. The rest is history!
