When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by March 1st.

What should I do if I can’t make it!
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate “will not attend” on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “attending” and find out you will not make it, please notify Cassie as soon as possible.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, however due to venue capacity limitations, we only have reserved seats for those listed on the invitation / RSVP. Enjoy this date night on us! Any children invited will be listed by name on the rsvp.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We are requesting cocktail/Semi-Formal attire for the evening. Think suits/sports coats for men and cocktail/floor length dresses for women. Thank you in advance!

Is there a certain color I should/shouldn’t wear?
Answer
WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU AVOID COLORS TRADITIONALLY RESERVED FOR THE BRIDE: WHITES, IVORIES, AND CREAMS. We also invite you to wear pretty spring colors!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 6pm. We recommend arriving around 5:45pm. Once the procession begins there will be no more seating of guest.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be a bar?

Yes! We will have an open bar.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking at the ceremony and reception, however there is an open bar and no overnight parking allowed.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Travel" tab to see hotels in the area. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you call and tell them you are with the “Thurlo wedding”
