IMPORTANT: No last minute drop-out, please. (Boat manifests are set ahead of time and will delay our departure if we need to change them.) Meet at the Creta Palace hotel at 1pm. We leave at 1:30 to go to the port of Heraklion, where the catamarans leave from. If you wish to meet us directly at the port of Heraklion, arrive there by 2:30 pm. Our boats will take us over to Dia Island, for swimming, snorkeling, etc. We'll have dinner on board, and then make our way back to Crete. Arriving back at the port of Heraklion at 8:30pm, and back at Creta Palace around 9:30pm -10pm. Those looking for even more fun and exploration could choose to remain in Heraklion for the evening rather than returning straight to Rethymno. Bring a beach towel, sunscreen, hat, power bank, and a wind layer as it can be chilly on the return ride. There are showers and rooms to change on the boat. Eat lunch beforehand. Our bus will have water and AC.
9:00 am - 6:30 pm
Meet at 9am at Creta Palace for a 930am departure. We will have a historian/tour guide on our bus to educate us on the way to Knossos, claimed to be the oldest city in Europe. After some light Minotaur-slaying lore, we'll head to Lyrarakis winery for a tour and wine tasting, and late lunch. Eat a big breakfast since we'll be wine tasting before lunch. We'll leave the winery at 5pm and return to Creta Palace around 6:30pm. Suggestions of what to bring: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, power bank and portable fan. Have breakfast before you arrive. Our bus will have water and AC. Note that you'll need EUR 20 for admission to Knossos. Please have cash (ideally small bills, e.g. EUR 20) ready for that. We are hosting the day otherwise.

10:30 am - 11:30 pm
Meet at Creta Palace at 1030 am for an 11am departure. For our final day, we'll travel to the beautiful Falassarna Beach to spend the day at a beach club / restaurant. We'll have sunbeds available (beach and poolside options), a covered restaurant/sitting area for those that want to stay in the shade, a late lunch around 330pm, and music for a beach party day. We'll stay for sunset and a fire show and then head back to Rethymno around 930pm, getting back to Creta Palace around 11:30pm. We'll have souvlakis to go for our ride home. Bring sunscreen, hat, beach towel, power bank, and a change of clothes for once the sun goes down. Eat breakfast beforehand. Our bus has waters and AC. Welcome drinks, sunbeds, lunch (with wine) and our bus snacks are included in our package for the day. Additional food and drinks will be available from the restaurant, for anyone who wants even more fun in the sun.
