How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP directly on our website! This feature will be available once invitations are sent out.

What should I wear?
Answer
Wedding attire is semi-formal. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be held inside the lodge. Please keep in mind the weather conditions for that day!

Are there overnight accommodations?
Answer
Lydia Mountain has tons of on-site cabins to rent! We encourage everyone to stay on-site so that we can spend as much time together as possible.

Can I bring a date? kids?
Answer
We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Can I Bring my dog?
Answer
The Lydia Mountain property is dog friendly but for the ceremony and reception, we ask that your dogs stay cozy in your room or cabin. ***not all rooms in the lodge are dog friendly so please confirm with Andrew or Madison to see if you are in a dog friendly room***

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?
Answer
The venue's culinary team can alter selections or create alternative options to accommodate guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP or reach out to us directly.

Will Transportation Be provided?
Answer
Group transportation will not be provided, however many cabins are within walking distance to the Lodge. Onsite golf carts are also available to rent.

Lodge Event Hall guests are to use the Lodge Parking Lot and upper overflow parking lot.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Answer
The Lodge is ADA accessible and has an elevator to access all floors.

Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing!
