Doors open at 4:30 PM. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled!
We would love to see all of our family and friends dressed up! Our dress code is Black-tie-optional. We kindly ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or an ankle-length dress would be appropriate.
We recommend Beach Cocktail Attire! Maxi dresses, sundresses, or stylish jumpsuits are perfect options for the occasion. For men, we suggest collared shirts paired with dress shorts or pants. Feel free to have fun with your look - tropical prints, bright colors and festive touches are encouraged! The event will take place primarily outdoors, with some indoor space available.
Both! The ceremony is outside on the Sky Terrace, which is on the 16th floor of the Hyatt overlooking the beach. Cocktail hour will be inside/outside in the Belleair Room & Beachfront Terrace. The reception will be in the Aquealea Ballroom indoors. *All wedding day events are at the Hyatt Regency.
Our main room block is at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach (our wedding resort). Rates are $339 plus taxes and fees per night. We recommend staying staying here! We also have very limited number of rooms blocked off at the Residence Inn, which is across the street from our venue. There are other hotels nearby if you choose to stay elsewhere. We do recommend staying on Clearwater Beach, as traffic into the area becomes highly congested.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those children in the wedding.
Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
Depends on your plans but it shouldn't be a necessity. Uber and Lyft are great options. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and stores.
