Can I bring a date?

Answer

In the interest of seating plans and affordability, we would ask that only the people who are named on the invitation you received be present for our day.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kids, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

edit: The weather in late May in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey can be quite unpredictable, with temperatures ranging from the low 60s to the 90s. While the ceremony is indoors with air condition, main reception will take place in a barn with no air-conditioning. The cocktail hour will be held outside under a pavilion. Please note that the weather could include sunshine, rain showers, or even thunderstorms. We recommend checking the weather forecast closer to the event for more detailed information about the day's conditions.

Where will I park?

Answer

There is ample parking available on-site at the church and the venue, with signs directing you to the parking areas. Additional parking will also be available at the hotel listed on our website, and shuttles will be provided to transport guests to and from the venue. For the shuttle schedule, please refer to the "Schedule" tab.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle Schedule: 3:45 PM – Shuttle arrives at Home 2 Suits by Hilton 4:15 PM – Depart from Home 2 Suites by Hilton 4:30 PM – Arrive at Barn Swallow Farm 10:00 PM – Depart from Barn Swallow Farm 10:15 PM – Arrive at Home 2 Suites by Hilton If you choose to leave your car at the reception venue overnight, please be sure to pick it up before 10:00 AM on Sunday morning.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would like our wedding to be a fun event where we can all get dressed up together! We are requesting that our guests follow a formal dress code, i.e., suits and cocktail or full length dresses.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at the church, while the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, as well as in a pavilion. The reception is set to be held inside a beautifully refurbished barn from the 1800s, offering a unique and charming atmosphere for the celebration!

CAN WE TAKE PICTURES WITH OUR PHONES AND CAMERAS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please refrain from using phones or cameras to take photos during our ceremony. We have hired a talented photographer to capture beautiful moments, so you can be fully present with us during this special time. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like to document the rest of the evening!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive no later than 1:45 PM to ensure there is plenty of time for everyone to get settled before the ceremony starts.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The music and reception will conclude at 10:00 PM, with a shuttle departing for the hotel shortly after.

ARE THERE ANY COLORS GUESTS SHOULD AVOID WEARING?

The wedding party color is sky blue.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP online by April 12th.
