PLEASE NOTE that there is roadwork on Harvey Gap Road and GCRB anticipates the road may be closed, requiring additional travel time through New Castle or Rifle Gap. To make everyone's lives easier, there will be shuttles from the Hampton Inn in Rifle and the Holiday Inn Express in Silt to the venue. RIFLE pickups at HAMPTON INN: 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM SILT pickups at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS: 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM Please note that the shuttles are on a strict schedule and will not wait for stragglers. If you miss the shuttle you will have to drive yourselves. The venue does not allow vehicles to remain overnight so you must have your vehicle off the property at the end of the night.

Our wedding is semi-formal, cocktail attire recommended. Black tie is NOT required.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside unless the weather is uncooperative. It is early June so spring/summer cocktail attire is your best bet, but it is June in the mountains so we recommend having a coat or jacket in case it is chilly!
