The Wedding Website of Morgan West and Connor Cabaniss
Savannah is one of our favorite places, and we are so excited for you to experience all of the charm, history, food, nightlife, and coastal beauty the city has to offer! Below are some of our personal favorite spots, activities, restaurants, and bars to enjoy throughout the wedding weekend. We hope you have the best time exploring Savannah with us!

River Street

East River Street, Savannah, GA 31401

River Street is one of Savannah’s most iconic destinations and a must-visit while you’re in town for the wedding weekend! Lined with historic cobblestone streets along the Savannah River, this area is filled with incredible restaurants, rooftop bars, live music, shopping, and beautiful waterfront views. Whether you’re looking to spend the afternoon exploring, enjoy cocktails by the river, or experience Savannah’s nightlife, River Street truly has something for everyone. We especially recommend taking a stroll along the riverwalk at sunset, grabbing a drink with friends, and soaking in the charm and energy of downtown Savannah.

Old Fort Jackson

1 Fort Jackson Road, Savannah, GA 31404

Old Fort Jackson is one of Savannah’s most historic landmarks and a wonderful spot to explore during your stay. Overlooking the Savannah River, this beautifully preserved fort is the oldest standing brick fortification in Georgia and offers a glimpse into the city’s rich history dating back over 200 years. Guests can tour the grounds, watch live cannon demonstrations, and enjoy scenic river views while learning about Savannah’s role in American history and the Civil War. It’s a perfect activity for anyone wanting to experience a more historic side of Savannah during the wedding weekend.

Hearse Ghost Tours

1410 East Broad Street, Savannah, GA 31401

If you’re looking for something spooky and uniquely Savannah, the Hearse Ghost Tour is one of the city’s most popular experiences. Ride through the historic streets of Savannah in a real vintage hearse while hearing eerie tales of ghosts, historic homes, cemeteries, and local legends from professional tour guides. Savannah is known as one of the most haunted cities in America, making this a fun and memorable way to experience the city at night. Tours last approximately an hour and a half, and reservations are highly recommended!
