Maid of Honor
Jackie’s best friend from High School! With both women being raised Irish Catholic (which was not typical in their town), they bonded almost immediately, sharing a lot in common from childhood (looking at you, Irish guilt!). They experienced all your typical high school shenanigans together and then some. From teaching CCD, to planning themed parties, and going on adventures, whether just to the local deli or all the way to Ireland, they were, and still are, always found laughing and soaking up every minute together. Jackie can always count on Megan to make unforgettable memories with and truly live in the moment.
Best Man
Ted's older brother (duh!). They grew up playing with Legos and Pokemon, and have moved on to hiking, skiing, kayaking, and traveling the world together. They have always had each other’s backs, even when they weren’t sure of the outcome of whatever they were getting themselves into.
Bridesmaid
Jackie’s graduate school friend (and roommate)! Jackie and Pat met online, with Pat messaging Jackie asking if she was interested in living together once they had both been accepted to their Speech-Language Pathology Master’s program at Plattsburgh. Since they had only heard about one another through the grapevine from mutual friends, they decided to meet in NYC to see if they would be a good fit. It became immediately clear that not only would they work out as roomies, but they would also become best friends in the process. From late night study sessions, possibly some breakdowns, many garage sales, and other spontaneous adventures, Jackie and Pat shared amazing times together and continue to do so as SLPs (we did it!), and the best of friends.
Groomsman
One of Ted's oldest friends. They became neighbors when Ted moved to Chappaqua in January of 1999. They were classmates in first grade, and their friendship has continued all the way through high school to today. They always had a great time hanging out after school and spending summers together.
Bridesmaid
One of Jackie’s best college friends- however, not from Jackie’s college, but instead from Ted’s (Thank you Ted and St. Lawrence University)! They met during one of many trips Jackie took to SLU and became immediate friends. They became even closer during a spring break trip for the SLU Ultimate Frisbee Team, where they were coined, “team moms." Since graduation, Laura and Jackie only became closer, visiting each other throughout the northeast as they lived in NY, CT, NJ, and MA. Jackie can always count on Laura for her honest, generous heart and her ability to support her and be the amazing listener she is, no matter the circumstance.
Groomsman
Another classmate of Ted’s at SLU, and a teammate on the Ultimate Frisbee team. They became great friends while in college and their friendship only grew stronger after graduation. Due in part because they lived close by, many fun times post-college have been shared with PJ and his wife, Laura.
Bridesmaid
Jackie’s best [cousin] friend! Caroline, although five years younger than Jackie, was never the annoying little cousin. Instead, Caroline was the fun cousin Jackie always looked forward to visiting. Even though Caroline grew up in the Chicago area and the girls only saw one another a couple times per year, they shared the best times during those trips. From playing with Barbie’s and swimming in their grandmother’s pool as girls, to now adventuring in Chicago, and learning to fly fish together, they are always ready for an adventure and pick up where they left off. Jackie could not be more grateful for a cousin turned lifetime friend.
Groomsman
One of Ted’s classmates in their First Year Program at St. Lawrence University (“SLU”). They became great friends, and continued as roommates until they graduated in 2014. Their friendship included being teammates on SLU's Ultimate Frisbee team. They grew very close in college, and continue to go on new adventures together.
