When should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony is set to start between 1-:105 PM, so please accommodate enough time for you to drive through Saturday traffic, park, check in through the Welcome Center, and walk to the South Trellis Gardens. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the Welcome Center to the South Trellis Gardens.

What if I have Dietary Restrictions?
Answer
Please contact Wesley regarding any dietary restrictions ASAP before the Wedding Ceremony, that way he can notify Boca Restaurant in time.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail/Garden attire. Wearing colorful garments is encouraged, but please refrain from all shades of red and white (i.e. ivory, crimson, cream, maroon etc.)

Can I bring a Plus 1?
Answer
Certain guests have been permitted a guest. Ask Wesley if you're allowed a plus one.

While children are adorable, please refrain from bringing any child to this event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts at 1 PM, so be sure to make time for delays and walking to the gardens

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
For ceremony: Parking lot located in front of Harry P. Leu Gardens Welcome Center. When you enter garden gates, there will be signs to direct you to parking lot. For reception: There are street parking spots all around Boca restaurant, or you can park at the following parking lots/garages: - Park Place parking garage on 150 W Canton Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 - 155 S Knowles Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 - 110 N New York Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789 - 131 E Comstock Ave, Winter Park, Florida 32789

How do I get to the Wedding Ceremony location?

Remember, the ceremony is in the South Trellis Gardens. After parking in any of the Harry P Leu Gardens parking lots, walk over to the Welcome Center. Tell the front desk that you are here for Wesley and Shumona's wedding. You should receive a map and instructions on how to get to the correct garden. Easiest route: Walk straight until you see the Rose Garden, then turn left. Look for a big silver metal trellis and a big maroon and black sign that has Wes and Shu on it. There will be maroon arrow signs to help direct you too.

Will refreshments be provided during the ceremony?

Unfortunately, the venue did not allow us to supply refreshments during the ceremony, but there is a Foxtail cafe/ Kelly's Ice Cream Service in the Welcome Center and water fountains throughout the Gardens.

What if I have movement restrictions?
Answer
For the Ceremony: Transportation can be provided in the Gardens via wheelchair or golf carts. If you need this, please contact Wesley (813)-786-0155) ASAP. For the Reception: Usually, there is more parking available closer to the restaurant, otherwise it is within walking distance of where you park. Again, if you need help with transportation, please carpool with the other guests or contact Welsey ASAP.

Can I propose to my partner or share my pregnancy announcement?

While we love celebrating big accomplishments and love, please refrain from sharing pregnancy or proposals during this event.

Anything else I should bring?

Your best dressed self, gifts, and a picnic blanket (there will be some great spots if you're the type who likes to sit back and enjoy nature)
