Has COVID-19 affected the event?

Answer

Looking at Washington's current phasing plan, we expect to be in Phase 4 by the wedding date, which does not have restrictions on the size of gatherings. We will continue to monitor the progress of phasing - but as of now the event is on and we are excited to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

The invitation will include how many seats we have reserved for you; we ask you do not bring any guests over the stated amount.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive at 4:45pm to get settled prior to the the ceremony.

What should I wear?

Answer

Yakima summers can be very hot, with temperatures around 90 degrees. We ask that guests wear "Garden Formal". Ladies - Sundresses, sandals or heels. Please note there is grass around the venue so block heels will be more practical. Men - Slacks and a button-up or linen shirt. No ties or jackets necessary.

How should I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking at Cascade Garden, however we ask that guests carpool when possible. Cars can be left over night but must be picked up by 10am the next morning. We will also have a shuttle to and from the venue from the Yakima Garden Inn.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP using the RSVP tab by June 21st, 2020.
