Where the heck is the venue?

https://goo.gl/maps/F6U89XR7vxjBYMBUA Here's a link to the venue site location. The venue is located within Silver Falls State Park and is called Old Ranch on Google Maps. If you get turned around in the park, you can visit the Smith Creek Village Cafe to get directions.

When should I get there?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm. If you know you will need to pee three times before you sit down please plan accordingly.

What should I wear to a wedding at a state park?
Answer
Look nice, be comfortable. Obviously we'll be dressed up, and you are welcome to dress up with us, but we're not bothered if that's not your comfort zone. We'll be outdoors in grassy fields for parts of this wedding, and there will be dancing after dinner. You might want to keep this in mind when you choose your outfit.

Will I have to be in the August sunshine all afternoon?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors. Drinks and apps will be indoor/outdoor. Dinner will be inside. Dancing and reception activities will be indoor/outdoor.

You mentioned parking is limited...what should I do about that?
Answer
If you are willing to carpool, please include that in your RSVP information so we can work to pair you with someone else from your area. Otherwise, we'll contact you about the parking situation and directions on where to park when we get closer and have a confirmed guest list.

Will I be able to text my bff who wasn't invited?
Answer
There is spotty cell service in the park. Please be prepared to download the map or directions before you start your drive. If you need wifi, visit the Smith Creek Village cafe.

Can I bring my dog?

Nope, sorry. (Unless it's a service dog obviously)

I have like 12 food allergies, will I starve?
Answer
We'll try to accommodate allergies. We'll let you know individually if we cannot accommodate you so you can pack your snack bag.

How are you going to update us with more info as we get closer?
Answer
We will email you important updates so please include your email in the RSVP. This website will also be updated as we get closer to the wedding.

Can I smoke? Or bring other drugs?
Answer
We are allowed to serve alcohol at the reception, but smoking, including vaping, and all other drugs are prohibited on the state park property.

Can I make it with my walker/wheelchair/pirate leg?
Answer
The reception venue is ADA-accessible. The ceremony itself is in a field. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have concerns about making it to the ceremony. We will try to find a solution.
