Question

How have plans changed?

Answer

We have decided that even if authorities are allowing gatherings by the end of May, the safety and health of everyone invited—and their families at home—are the most important thing about our wedding date. As sad as we are to miss you all this year, we hope that you stay in good health and are able to come celebrate our second anniversary at our wedding reception in May 2022. Our engagement began 3 cities, 2 states, and almost 2 years ago, and we were not going to let this pandemic push it back any further. Therefore we were married last May, but we’re willing to hold off on the party for yet another year. We'd hoped to hold it in 2021, but we think it still isn't safe enough to gather in May 2021. If there’s anything you need from us, please don’t hesitate to contact us at wesleyandrosalind@gmail.com. Stay home, wash your hands, and we’ll see you all in 2022.

Answer

We are registered exclusively on Zola! It can be found on the 'Registry' page of this website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a pretty short ceremony, blink and you'll miss it! Please try to be there by 6:00. Luckily you won't have to travel at all for the reception!

Question

Should I bring the kids?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you & your teenagers+, but let the littler ones have a quiet night at home!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We won't be wearing very traditional attire, and May weather in North Carolina can be hot and humid. We suggest "garden party" attire (e.g. summer dresses and lightweight fabrics such as cotton or linen).

Question

I have a food restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Please let us know any allergies or sensitivities so we can make sure drinks, dinner, and dessert are delicious for everyone.
