We’re getting married!

On September 26, 2012, an awkwardly confident teenager attempted to make small talk with a young lady at a wedding. Despite the young man feeling he had made no headway with the conversation, unbeknownst to him, he had made an impression. Over the next eight years, there would be a series of small encounters and hellos mainly shared in crowded assembly halls. Eventually, the young lady realized that the boy had "started to look grown." After some pandemic-era communication via the gram, she invited him to get ice cream to give him the green light, as her other signals had failed. With this signal finally received, they went on a date April 30, 2021. After this first date, they quickly realized the special connection they shared. Despite her being enamored by the young man's words and charm, they dated for a minimum of a year at the young lady's request. This time allowed them both to be convinced that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. On May 5, 2022, shortly after acquiring a ring, the young man lost his patience and put it on her finger on a beautiful day at an overlook without her suspecting a thing. Their special date will be on October 16, 2022!
