Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to venue size, children are invited only if their names are on the invitation/RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Not unless it is specified on your invitation/RSVP that we gave you a plus-one. Due to limited space, we reserved plus-ones for serious relationships only. Please feel free to text me at 816-516-4113 if you wish to bring a plus-one that was not invited originally and I can see if we can work it out :)

Is the wedding outdoors?

Ceremony outdoors (short and sweet) Cocktail hour/Dinner is indoor/outdoor Reception is mostly outdoors with an indoor bar to cool off

What do I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal or dressy casual attire is acceptable. Jeans are perfectly fine with a nice shirt. Ladies if you wish to wear heels just know that parking is in the grass but other than that you are good to go.

Where do I park?

Parking is in the grass infront of the cabin. No parking is allowed on the south side of the building.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

First I want to say a very good friend of the bride volunteered to be the bartender for the evening and is very sweetly working only off of tips so please be nice to Matt. We will have an open bar but it will only have canned items. Our venue is very lenient regarding alcohol. If you wish to bring your own hard liquor or beer, that is fine, but coolers must be kept in your car per venue guidelines. We haven't shopped for alcohol yet so possible stocked items include Twisted Teas, High Noons, White Wine, Red Wine, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, Busch Light, and Yuengling Flights. Non-alcoholic beverages include Sprite, Coke, Pink Lemonade, and Water.

Did we block off hotels?

Answer

Since most guests live in the area we did not block off hotel rooms. Belton is about 20 minutes away from the venue with the most hotel options.
