What is the dress code suggestion?

Answer

Festive tea attire! Please keep in mind that it is Summer in DC and most likely (weather permitting) this will be an indoor/outdoor event. Also, part of the fun will be an exploration of the Mansion itself which has over 70 secret doors and over 20 themed rooms. Although an elevator is available for full accessibility to each floor, most likely stairs will be a part of the day; therefore please consider your shoe choice.

How do I get to the Mansion?

Answer

It is strongly suggested to metro or Uber. Parking is exceedingly difficult in the area given that it is residential. The DuPont Circle metro stop (red line) is roughly 2.5 blocks from the Mansion. Please make sure you take the South exit out of the metro station.

How do I enter the Mansion?

Answer

Please take the short flight of stairs near the Rosa Parks bench. If mobility is a concern, there is a ramp down to the lower level where there is a doorbell that can be rung for assistance.
