Rehearsal Dinner (Bridal Party Only)

Transportation from Hotels to Venue

1:15 pm - 2:15 pm

The bus will be air conditioned. It will stop at both hotels. Please check with front desk about shuttle times. Hampton Inn: 1:30PM bus arrives at Hampton Inn 1:40PM bus departs Hampton Inn Country Inn & Suites: 1:42PM bus arrives at Country Inn & Suites 1:45PM bus departs Country Inn & Suites You are permitted to bring drinks and snacks on the bus - no glass!

Ceremony

2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Keep in mind all events will be outside. Although you're welcome to wear what you desire, we suggest dressy casual attire. For our ladies in attendance, you will be walking across a lawn. So avoid traditional heels that will likely get stuck in the grass!

Cocktail Hour

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Games, drinks, appetizers and swimming! Kids (and adults) can use the pool and swim. Please bring towels.

Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Begin to make your way to the tent and get ready for some bbq, booze and to show off those dance moves! Kids (and adults) can use the pool and swim throughout the night. Please bring towels.

Campfire and S'mores

7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

1st shuttle back to hotels

11:00 pm - 11:15 pm

If you are planning to take the earlier shuttle back to the hotels, please board the bus by 11:15PM. It will make stops at both hotels.

After Party

Feel free to stay after the band stops and vendors go home. We have a later shuttle at 1:00am to take these party animals back to the hotel.
