Yes, virtually! Due to COVID-19, we've made the hard decision to postpone in-person wedding events until next year. However, we just couldn't wait to get married. Our guests can be part of our wedding virtually, on Sunday June 14th at 3:30pm
You have two options for the wedding: 1. Join via Zoom. On the day of the wedding, we'll update this page with a zoom link. You'll be able to see the other wedding guests, as well as the ceremony. During certain portions of the event, you'll also be able to talk with other guests. 2. Join via Twitch. Twitch is an online streaming service where guests can watch the ceremony without being seen/heard themselves. Guests will be able to interact through a text-only chat. If you're having trouble getting on the Zoom, please join the Twitch so you don't miss the ceremony! It is as simple as watching a Youtube video. https://www.twitch.tv/wesandmona
Yes, we'll have an in-person event in Summer 2021. However, we may hold only a reception instead of a ceremony as well. We're working with our venue to lock down a new date. COVID-19 has affected a ton of couples, and dates are filling up fast. We'll keep you updated as we lock in a new date.
These are extraordinary times for the travel industry, and many are being a lot more forgiving about cancellations. Many airlines are allowing cancellations with money back, while others are simply offering vouchers. Check the websites for the airline and see how they might accommodate you. For hotels, please call your hotel to figure out their policy. For AirBnb, the normal cancellation guideline still applies for June bookings.
