What do we wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. However keep in mind that our ceremony will be on the beach (weather permitting) so wear shoes that are easy to take on/off!

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be located at Centre Street Beach in Beach Haven, NJ. To find it in your maps app, search the Sea Shell Beach Club and Resort and park on Centre Street. If you are worried about walking onto the beach, please let us know so we can reserve a beach friendly wheelchair.

What is the weather like in LBI in October?

Answer

LBI traditionally cools off in the fall so guests may want to bring a sweater/jacket to bundle up.

Where is the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we will be at Parkers Garage for the cocktail hour and reception. It is indoors so no need to worry about a jacket for this part of the night.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

How does the shuttle work?

Answer

We have hired a shuttle to transport guests from the Sea Horse Motel to the ceremony at the start of the evening and then from there to Parkers Garage for the reception. After the reception (10 PM), the shuttle will start to transport people back to their hotels (either the Engleside Inn or the Sea Horse Motel). Guests who would like to join us at the after party (next door to Parkers Garage) can take the shuttle back to their residence anytime before 12:30AM.
