Travel Note
Some helpful information regarding travel- if you are planning on a flight to attend, Asheville NC is the closest airport, with Greenville SC being a close second. Parking will be available for all at the venue, and cars are allowed to be parked overnight if retrieved promptly in the morning. Depending on where you are coming from, you will almost inevitably encounter windy mountain roads, so anticipate this and enjoy the views! As for lodging, the closest town to look for hotels is Brevard, with Hendersonville and Asheville being nearby but slightly further options (they are roughly 30-45 minutes away). Our area is renowned for a bounty of airbnb and hipcamp options, which are excellent quality and likely to be available as well for those who are interested. We recommend booking as early as possible, since this area is very busy with tourists this time of year.
