Please RSVP by Sunday, September 14.
If we had to label it, we'd say dressy casual/semi-formal attire? “Wedding” casual? A blazer or suit coat is certainly not necessary, but there will be folks wearing suits and blazers if that’s your kinda thing. It’s a relaxed venue and vibe, so feel free to wear whatever matches that for you personally.
Pulled straight from correspondence with The Painted Lady: Parking is available north of the property at Gorman Industries (1330 12th St NW) and also in the form of on-street parking. Street parking on Bellamah Avenue between 12th St and 8th St is permissible. We ask that you and your guests respect those living in the neighborhood by not blocking any driveways. No parking is allowed on any street except Bellamah Avenue.
The whole shabang will be outdoors-- from the ceremony, to dinner, to the reception.
Great question with a not so clear answer. October in Albuquerque can get up to 70 degrees during the early afternoon and the back down to 40 degrees at night, and sometimes there will be splashes of rain. What we get on the day of will be a mystery, but we recommend trying to track the weather a few days before to make sure you bring a coat if needed.
All for it, but with one request! We do ask that for the ceremony, you please do not pull out your phones to take photos. We've got a lovely photographer who we trust to capture the ceremony and all the good stuff afterwards. So for the ceremony specifically, we would appreciate a phone-free zone. After the ceremony, fly and be free and take all the pics you want.
If you've got a plus one, it should be clear when you go to RSVP. Our venue has a cap of 75, which adds up fast! So for the most part, our guest list will be limited to folks who know us well. We hope you understand if you don’t get a plus one!
Reach out to Trevor or Lauren or both of us! We will answer!
