Hannah was my first friend at CNU (courtesy of Facebook messenger). Little did I know that a year later we would become roommates, proceed to travel to Europe & then get stranded in the streets of Rome at 3am!! But truly, there is no one else I would have wanted to make those memories with. To say that she is a soul-sister is an understatement. Since the beginning, Hannah has walked alongside me, loving me, encouraging me to pursue Christ, & of course, bringing lots and lots of laughter!! Get ready for that MOH speech ;)

He is an incredible guy that I am proud to call my brother. Despite his towering and intimidating height, he has such a pure heart, and can do anything he sets his mind to. We have created countless backyard games and activities together, the memories of which I still cherish. Also, he thinks you should invest in Bitcoin.

Emily and I went to high school together, but we couldn’t have imagined the Lord’s plan for our friendship! After becoming roommates sophomore year, I fully experienced her heart to serve those around her & love them fiercely. Emily speaks truth with such wisdom & understanding, you can’t help but feel at peace. The way our lives have lined up so closely is one of my biggest blessings because I know I’ll always have someone to look up to and learn from (including in marriage)!!!!!

Growing up, I always wanted a sister. So, needless to say, when Jackson and I started dating, I totally dreamed about being sisters with Ellie. But to think that it’s actually happening & not only is she a sister, but a friend that I admire & love SO much is the coolest thing in the world!! Ellie is strong, bold in her faith, and strives for excellence in everything she does (she succeeds too)! She has welcomed me into the family and made me feel so incredibly loved. Oh, and another big bonus: our kids will have a “cool aunt!!!!”

I say this all the time, but Amy is the friend I didn’t know I needed, but God sure did. Thankfully didn’t meet until college because we would have been little troublemakers if we had grown up together (sometimes we still are). Amy challenges me to be best version of myself in every way and to live life to the absolute fullest. My favorite memory is living together for 5 months during quarantine. From sunset bike rides, to Taco Bell and margarita picnics, to double dates with our guys, I can always count on Amy to keep me laughing, to keep me thinking and to love me despite my flaws!

An absolute beast. Deadlifts 500+ lbs. We lift, wrestle, and have even caught pokemon together. More importantly, he has always challenged me in my faith. His dependability and adventurous spirit make me so thankful that we’ve been at CNU together.

The way I met Madeline is kind of crazy. I was working and I saw her walk by. I had no idea who she was, but her curly hair and contagious laugh made me think we HAD to be friends. A few months & and several bowls of ice cream later, she became my little in my sorority, and the rest is history! Our mutual love for people, Jesus, and of course, ice cream has been the source of so much joy over the past 4 years!

Sarah is my golden friend because we have known each other since we were 3!! Our teachers always had to keep us in separate classes because she truly is my partner in crime. We’ve spent countless sleepovers, birthdays, and holidays together, all filled with a lot whole lot of goofiness and laughter. Sarah is kind, loyal, and loves so deeply. She’s the brunette to my blonde, and I cant wait to grow old together!

People say long distance relationships are hard, but Hana has made the 200 miles feel like nothing. We met 8 years ago at summer camp and would write weekly letters during the year. That quickly turned into annual trips to visit each other forming a deep friendship that is incredibly life-giving. Hana is the goofiest and funniest person I know, yet somehow handles life with discernment and wisdom. I admire her strength and love for others; plus she is my go-to girl for all things coffee, fashion, and plants!!

Anna’s middle name is Joy, which perfectly encapsulates her spirit! She matches my energy, her laughter fills a room, and she brings excitement to any situation. She is the definition of perseverance & can dance like nobody’s business (no seriously, look for it on the dance floor)! We like to call her ROTC Anna because she kills morning PT, and is a total bad*ss. No matter the day, I always walk away from my conversations with Anna with a smile on my face, and for that, I’m grateful!

Alyssa has been there since day one of high school, and seriously, I am impressed because I was kind of weird!! I’m so thankful for the way our friendship has grown since then. She has taught me what it means to listen well & be bold, but also to go on spontaneous adventures and enjoy the little moments of life with those you love most!! We have experienced SO much together, but my favorite memories by far are all of our road trips to Rockbridge together — filled with Starbucks, goldfish, and worship!! Those special moments have brought me a whole lot of joy, and if you hear Stacy's Mom start to play, clear the floor, because we will be dancing!!
