The ceremony will be taking place on Bays Mountain Golf Course, therefore it will be 100% open air. The reception will be held at The Social in Downtown Kingsport. While The Social is not 100% open air, it is very spacious with an outdoor area available for guests. We have been in touch with the event coordinator and they are taking a few different steps to put everyone’s health and safety at the forefront. The Social will offer hand sanitizer at all food and beverage service points. The staff at The Social will be wearing gloves and masks during the duration of the event. Instead of a “self-service” buffet, the staff will be serving items, to prevent cross contamination. They are also social distancing where it is possible to do so. We will also be providing masks for anyone that might feel more comfortable wearing one. We understand these are very strange times and we want to be able to celebrate with you safely.
