Are kids invited?

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please feel free to reach out if you need assistance finding local childcare. Kids are welcome to join us for the other weekend events.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire-this means jackets and ties for men and cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for women. We want you to be comfortable and have fun, so remember August in Chicago can be hot and humid! The bridesmaids will be wearing black mid-length dresses.

Is the wedding still happening?

Answer

Yes! While we expect to still have a wedding with all of our guests on August 13th, we know that things can change quickly. You will hear directly from us or our parents regarding updates, and of course can always reference the site.

What do I do if the room blocks are filled?

Answer

Not to worry! Depending on timing, we may be able to open up additional rooms. We are also happy to recommend accommodations near the existing hotels or the wedding venue. Either way, reach out to us and we can help find the solution that best fits your needs.
