Yes, there will be a free parking lot across the street from the Botanical Garden at 67 Centennial Drive, Berkeley, CA 94705.

Yes! Please check out our recommendations on our travel page. Those are located near the botanical garden and with easy access to public transportation. If you're exploring options on your own, we'd suggest avoiding hotels in downtown Oakland or Emeryville, as those areas are usually not that safe.
