Gifts are not neccesary, but if you are thinking of bringing a gift, we would appreciate the traditional Chinese gift of a red packet.
Dress code is semi-formal, aka a jacket and tie (or bowtie!) for men and a cocktail dress for women.
The venue is easily accessible by subway or uber/lyft from most places in NYC, so the choice is yours! If you prefer to be walking distance, we recommend looking in the midtown area near Times Square. If you need personalized recommendations, don't hesitate to reach out!
The reception and dinner will be indoors, but there will be rooftop access for cocktail hour (weather permitting!)
We love Han Dynasty (get the dandan noodles), Hyun (Wagyu AYCE), and Tim Ho Wan (best char siu bao) in Manhattan. If you head over to Flushing, don't miss Pappa Rich (Malaysian/singaporean), Szechuan Mountain House, and Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao (for soup dumplings)!
