Hi everyone, Unfortunately, we've made the decision to postpone our wedding celebration indefinitely. As cases soar in Wisconsin, we realize that many of our guests will not feel comfortable attending a large party in November. We don't feel particularly comfortable with it either, even with all of the precautions we planned to take. We also pictured the celebration on November 21st, and the vision of everyone wearing masks, sitting 6 feet apart, not being able to pack onto a dance floor, not being able to hug each other, etc. just doesn't feel right to us. We're not going to set a new date until there is a vaccine, and it's been widely distributed. 2020 has been quite a year! We're thankful to have been able to get married, and we cherish the memories of that day, but we so look forward to the day we can all get together and celebrate it together. Stay safe, Love, Melissa and Scott
We met online...Melissa sent the first message! Our first date was at Wicked Willow in downtown Stevens Point. We shared a spring roll appetizer with peas in it that proved very difficult to eat without making a mess! Conversation flowed easily, and we both knew a second date was in order. Wicked Willow is now one of our favorite spots, and we go there often!
Scott sent Melissa on a scavenger hunt to some special places throughout town, and he was waiting at the end at Melissa's apartment with candles, rose petals, music, and a ring. It was very romantic!
