What time do we need to arrive?
Answer
A shuttle will be provided for guests with a pick up and drop off in Folsom at the Staybridge Suites and the Fairfield Inn on Cavitt. Please drive to that location even if you are not staying there overnight. Begin boarding at 5:00 pm. Shuttles will depart the hotel at 5:15 pm The shuttles will leave on time so do not be "fashionably late." Shuttles will be driving back to this location throughout the evening. THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ON THE RANCH PROPERTY

What is the appropriate attire?
Answer
Our wedding is a semi-formal event. We will be outdoors so we DO NOT recommend heels for the ladies. This is an evening wedding, however, so dress to impress! Keep in mind it does cool down at the ranch in the evening. Cocktail reception, ceremony and reception will all be in full SHADE!

Where will we park?
Answer
There will be absolutely no parking on the ranch. We are providing shuttles from two different locations for your convenience: You may park your vehicle and hop on a shuttle in Folsom at the Staybridge Hotel at 745 Cavitt Drive. EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT A GUEST AT THE HOTEL, you may park there and board the shuttle. Be prepared to board at 5:00 pm. These shuttles will depart promptly at 5:15. They will not wait for guests. If Folsom is not a convenient location for you, or you miss the shuttle in Folsom, please park your car at Latrobe Elementary School at 7680 S. Shingle Road and a shuttle will pick you up there at 5:45 pm.

What should we expect at the Arrival Cocktail Reception?
Answer
No one wants to wait for food or drinks, so we have you set to get started the minute you arrive. The cocktail reception will offer our arrival cocktail "It's About Thyme" as well as beer and cold water. Please hep yourself to a plate of fruit and enjoy our jazz band. It wouldn't hurt to eat a late lunch as the ceremony and reception are later in the evening, but we won't let you go hungry.
Question
Why don't I see a gift registry?
Answer
Because we do not WANT or NEED gifts. We prefer that you donate to one of our favorite charities. If you do not want to do so online, we will have a box for each charity at the reception and you may donate that way. These charities are important to us and we certainly don't need dishes and towels.
Question
What if I absolutely need to have my car available to me and I am worried about taking the shuttle?
Answer
If you have unique circumstances, please reach out to Michelle by email at mwenell@advancekids.com to make arrangements with her! If you have not done so ahead of time and find yourself needing arrangements at the last minute, please text our beautiful wedding planner, Detrea James at 916-952-3217. Neither the Bride nor the Groom will have phones anywhere near them the day of the wedding!
