GUEST BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES: • As a friendly reminder, the deadline to make a reservation on the booking portal is no later than 9/30/25 - 11:59 pm Pacific Time. • Once the deadline goes into effect, all the rooms will be released back to the hotel for resale. No more room reservations will be accepted, and the booking portal cannot be reactivated. • Rates are based on single/double occupancy. An extra guest fee of $40 + tax applies to the 3rd and 4th guests in a queen room, per room, per night. • Disruptive gatherings/parties in our rooms/suites are NOT allowed. If deemed necessary guests may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. • Only a deposit of the first night plus taxes will be collected from each guest. Please allow 72 hours for our systems to post the transaction on your account. Additional payments will not be taken. The remaining balance will be paid at the hotel. • Guests have the freedom to book any of the nights listed within the booking portal. Anyone wishing to stay longer will contact their group leader in advance to extend the booking dates. • If a guest wishes to cancel or edit their reservation, please visit the same booking portal below and click on the 3 lines on the upper right-hand corner of the page “ MANAGE RESERVATION”. • Marriot Bonvoy members cannot use their points or offers in conjunction with our group bookings. To earn points, redeem or apply offers guests must book through Marriot directly. • Before you select a room on our portal be certain to first read ALL the Important Hotel Information. This includes incidental deposits, age requirements, credit cards, and other vital details. This will ensure you have a smooth check-in process.
