We're Getting Married

Wendy and Joshua's paths had crossed several times before they started dating. They both went to middle school and high school together but neither of them had the courage to talk to one another. One day, years after high school, Joshua and Wendy reconnected on Facebook. They started talking to one another and got to know each other. After some time of chatting with another, Joshua had asked Wendy to go on a date. Their first date was at Tios Tacos in Downtown Riverside. They could not keep their eyes off of one another. They did not want the date to end since they were having so much fun. They had so much fun that they decided to go on another date. On their second date, Joshua and Wendy went to a museum, enjoyed some pretzels a mall, and ended up at a park in Jurupa Valley. As the sun was going down and the night was approaching, they had their first kiss. It was spectacular! Joshua had planned to go to the beach at Corona del Mar that week. He invited Wendy to tag along. They enjoyed a fun day at the beach and continued to be enamored with one another. As the sun was setting and Wendy and Joshua were snuggling together, Joshua asked Wendy if she wanted to be his girlfriend. Her face lit up, she smiled and said "Yes!" They continued to go on dates and continued to learn about one another. After two years of laughing, supporting each other, having good memories, going through hard times, becoming better people and growing together, somewhere along the way, they fell in love. Joshua knew Wendy was the woman for him. He decided to ask her to be his wife at the same place he asked her to be his girlfriend, Corona del Mar. As Joshua told Wendy how much she means to him he got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. She said "YES!" We cannot wait for you to be a part of our story at the Queen Mary!
