When should we arrive?
Answer
We have multiple events throughout the long wedding weekend! Guests can attend as many of the activities on the Events page as they would like.

Where should we stay?
Answer
We have a hotel block and shuttle bus available nearby at the Clarion Inn in Dunkirk. Please use the code to book your rooms by July 18th. Cabin rentals, camping and RV access will be permitted on site at The Cabins on a limited basis. Please reach out to Wendy and Jared directly to discuss the camping option! There are also many local boutique hotels and Airbnb options in the area. Reservation details for all accommodations can be found on the Travel page.

Is transportation available?
Answer
For most guests local to Western NY, our venue is a short drive from home and ample parking is available on site. There will be a shuttle bus available for hotel guests. Uber and Lyft are extremely limited in the area surrounding Cherry Creek, and cellphone service may not be available. We encourage all of our guests to drink responsibly and make prior arrangements to ensure their party can get home safely.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage guests to wear casual wedding attire and to prioritize comfort. Our event will take place outdoors during the summer. Daytime temperatures are expected to be in the 70s-80s and evening temperatures in the 60s. There are areas with grass, gravel, and other uneven surfaces so flat shoes or wedges would be ideal.

Are kids welcome?

Yes! We are planning to have activities for kids throughout the weekend, including a tour of the farm and visit with the animals!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Of course- please include your dietary restrictions at the time of your RSVP so we can notify our caterers.
