FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by August 15th. This will help us finalize details with our vendor(s) and the event space. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

What should I do if I have any dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please reach out to Ashley or Andrew so we can let the catering know to make accommodations.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle before it begins. Parking will be onsite.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white or jeans.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit the "Where to Stay" tab to see hotels in the area. Those listed with a block option are offering a discounted rate when you call and book under "Welsh Wedding"!

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor and at the same place?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside. They will also be at the same place.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you.... get ready to party!!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! Unfortunately, with how many immediate nieces and nephews we have, it was hard to accommodate other children. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want and don't forget to share them with us! We promise to share our ceremony and reception photos as soon as possible.

Question

Can I post pictures of the wedding to social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos and videos are not shared of the bride and groom. If you would like to take selfies or group pictures and post them, that is encouraged. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
