We first met on Halloween night, 2018 thanks to our wonderful friends Nate and Julia Brodie. Alexis was Batwoman and Luke was...well Luke. Luke had long rather unkept hair and frankly looked like a bachelor. About a month later, we met again when Nate and Julia stuck us in the backseat of their car together. This night, Luke had recently gotten a hair cut because it was right after the holiday's. He looked much more charming than before. Alexis noticed that he was subtly making gestures toward her. She reached out to him on Facebook later that evening. Luke finally asked Alexis on a date December 7, 2018 to Mackenzie River. We officially became BF and GF on January 9, 2019. On July 20, 2019, Luke surprised Alexis with a labradoodle puppy. Kuzco, our labradoodle, joined us through our crazy adventure of PA school and Mechanical Engineering. On October 17, 2020, Luke and Alexis were out at Uncle John's Cider Mill with Alisha and Spencer. While taking fall photos, Luke got down on one knee and asked Alexis to marry him. AND the rest is yet to come :)
