We were both members of an online dating website called Plenty of Fish. We both had dated a few people casually but nothing ever felt right about the other person. One night as I was browsing through the sea of fish I happened to stumbled across a page with the cutest looking guy and I was instantly interested in finding out more about him so I clicked on his account to read more about him. I quickly saw he was into aircraft, cars, music and some other various activities that I also enjoy and thought 'this handsome boy is not gonna think twice to message me back!' However, I told myself that if I found anyone that I thought would be a great match for me I'd send the person a message to at least say that I tried. So I went for it and off went "Hey Alex..." in hopes of hearing something back. I walked into class and sat down to play on my phone when I noticed I had a message. I opened up POF and saw that this cute girl had messaged me and I instantly wanted to met her. I clicked on her profile and saw that she was a preschool teacher who was active in church...I hesitated because I thought she would be too 'good' of a person for me; but I threw caution to the wind and responded to her. We talked from that point on and met a week later at the Dunedin Causeway and just clicked. We became best friends and from the time we met to the time we started dating there was rarely a day we were apart.
