Ceremony: 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Dinner & Dancing: 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm Two shuttles will depart from the Black Bear Casino hotel entrance to the ceremony. The first will leave at 3:30 pm, followed by a second at 3:45 pm. Return shuttles back to the hotel will begin running at 8:00 pm and continue throughout the evening, with the final departures at 11:00 pm. You are also welcome to drive and park onsite at the venue.
